Best customer service across all the adjacent workwear stores! They even had a better range of boot sizes. Both staff members were very patient and helpful in finding a boot that fits, and had good recommendations. Will go there first next time.

Bought husband a pair of Mongrel Boots yesterday and met the owner who gave nothing but first class customer service.What a delight to meet someone who knew his gear and gave excellent advice.Absolutely enjoyed our retail experience. 10/10 .Well done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have bought safety boots for my son a couple of months ago and now safety boots for myself after the company supplied ones left me with sore feet.The staff are very knowledgeable about the fit of their stock and took the time with me to try 4 different pairs before I chose Blundstone composites.They have a good range of ladies safety boots.

I first used Workers Shop to buy Steel Blue work boots 152 and was served by a young chap that was very helpful and attentive . He suggested I look also at the newer boot Steel Blue 652.. I actually liked these better and purchased and was given a quality pair of work socksWeeks later I again visited the Osbourne Park store to buy more work clothing and was served by a very happy and helpful ladyI will not use another work safety clothing store as I have found the Workers Shop to have good quality products, staff have great communication, and staff always pay attention to detailDrewPERTH WA

Fantastic customer service! Although when I was there they didn't have the specific pants style I was chasing in stock, but they had plenty of what looked like everything else. Suggested a different style of pants which are great; even correctly guessing my size, well done!

Service was great. Everything was done via phone and staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Product was ordered and shipped and arrived when I was told it would arrive. This is the kind of service that gets return customers which I will be.

Jingle Bell Ross!My partner and I ordered 2x Blundstone Gumboots as a gift for my parents for Christmas. These were unfortunately stolen off of our front porch.When we got in contact with Ross and emailed our situation, he called us the very next morning and was more than happy to ship the order again (with express shipping and at their own cost). This ensured we received our goods prior to Christmas.Excellent customer service would not even begin to describe this experience.Thanks again Ross for going above and beyond, and saving Christmas!

Amazing service. I think I can speak for a lot of tradeswomen when I say, work pants buying is usually a nightmare. Well, the staff made is so easy thanks to their knowledge, I'll definitely be back when I need more PPE.

You couldn’t find a friendlier group of staff members around. Product knowledge and assistance from the team have been wonderful. We have ordered personalised equipment and clothing for 8+ years and won’t go anywhere else! Best range of PPE, Boots, Wet weather and anything else you need! We send all new starters their way! Awesome service and a pleasantly surprising collection for women’s workwear. I suggest coming here instead of the large workwear franchise stores as you will get amazing service and a great range of women’s PPE (despite the store’s small size).
