Our Shipping Rates

Orders Over $150

If your order is over $150 anywhere in Australia, we offer the following shipping options:

• Standard shipping with FREE socks: $12
• Regular standard shipping: $0
• Click and collect from our Osborne Park store: $0
• Express shipping: calculated during checkout based on the size of your order

Orders Under $150

The following shipping charges apply if your order is under $150:

• WA customers: $12.95
• All other states in Australia: $14.95

We use the Australia Post eParcel service (for Eastern States customers) and Fastway Couriers (for WA customers). If we receive your order before 12pm Monday – Friday AWST, and your item is in stock, your order will be shipped from our warehouse on the following business day.

Express Shipping

We do offer express shipping. However, most customers receive their order within 2-3 business days in Western Australia, and 3-5 business days throughout other states of Australia.

Delivery Times

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time will depend on your location:

• Western Australia (metro): 2-3 working days
• Western Australia (regional): 2-5 working days
• Eastern Australia (metro): 3-5 working days
• Eastern Australia (regional): 5-10 working days

Order Tracking

You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a tracking ID so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

Signing For Delivery Of Your Order

Your order will require a signature.

• For Australia Post consignments (Eastern States customers) – If no one is available to sign when your delivery arrives, a card will be left at your premises and you will be able to pick up your delivery from your local post office.
• For Fastway Courier consignments (WA customers) – A second attempt will be made to deliver your parcel within the following two business days. If delivery is still not successful, arrangements will be made for you to pickup your parcel from the local Fastway Couriers depot.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left The Workers Shop distribution centre. To change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible on (08) 9443 7973, or email info@workersshop.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.

International Shipping

Please call (08) 9443 7973 or email info@workersshop.com.au for a quote to ship an order outside of Australia.
